We want you to love your amika pro tools and formulas, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most professional products. Items must be in their original packaging and meet our professional resale standards to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and professional license ID to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring all safety seals and electrical components are secure.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
